Three big things began the day. The first and most fundamental is always basic needs, in this case the concern being over the missing and disjointed sleep. The second thing of importance was getting a start on the errands set for Wednesday morning. There will be very little chance to work on it Wednesday morning as the lady is due at 10:00 a.m. or so. The third big thing was lining up services again. This involved the woman from the service agency who was to come visit the situation “one day” after 12:30 p.m. and more.
At the end of the day, the sleep was still overwhelming and hit and miss to the point where the commentaries couldn’t be done. As for the errands list, only a couple of details were covered although a need, with little expectation of finishing by Wednesday’s deadline. As for any agency visit, there was none. The matter did, however, upset the morning as the lobby trip had to be finished off before the appointed hour – an hour earlier than usual. Calls were also instituted to the assigning agency for clarification (uselessly).
There was a very minor accomplishment: some action was directed to the trash. The bag under the table about to overflow was gotten out of the way, not taken care of completely, just replaced. There’s much more to do on the trash – a couple of things to fish out of the refrigerator and pitch and plenty of papers that need sorting. The papers won’t get done. And, since the woman from the agency did not show, there’s likely going to be a need to figure out how to haul the bigger bags to the dumpster. That might be solved.
Each day has it’s problems.
