Annoyances

First thing in the morning yours truly had to kind of roll out of the bed onto the floor and find something to lean on to get up.  That’s because the top air bed now loses so much air in eight hours that there is not enough underneath for a get up by simply pushing.  It is not yet a case of being on the floor, but air beds simply do not last a long time.  The bed bug possibilities eliminate using anything else if one has good sense.  It’s been expected.  Since there has been experience, it’s not really a big deal.

Second thing this morning was the air conditioner not starting, and the place was hot and stuffy.  The buttons were pushed again and again and nothing happened.  Maintenance does not have to fix it unless it’s 85 degrees outside.  It wasn’t.  The window would do for the moment.  Meditation on the matter took place.  If they were notified to come as soon at it hit 85 degrees….  Weather online predicted it for tomorrow.  Later, before calling, the air conditioner was tried one more time and it started.  End of problem.

Since another brand of waffles is now in use, there was no waffles concern today.  In the process of fixing same, the eyes landed on another TV dinner that was forgotten, so the food service truck that was missed on Friday still isn’t particularly missed.  An attempt to rest ended in falling asleep.  The alarm clock disturbed that, and the head never did really clear. The residents’ association decided on a cookout for Labor Day.  It was thought a trip outside would help the foggy-headedness.  It didn’t.  And, most people had left.

Hanging by threads isn’t comfortable.
